I worked at Vancouver Film School for nearly six years as a front-end designer/developer, supporting the marketing team with user-focused web content and performance-driven UX enhancements. I designed and maintained modular landing pages (Drupal CMS platform), restructured the site’s navigation system to improve content discoverability and user flow, redesigned HTML email templates, and improved asset formats for performance and consistency across platforms.
I led UX optimization efforts that contributed to over 400K Google impressions by improving structure, layout, and visual clarity. I also used CRM tools and Google Analytics to analyze user behaviour, enabling data-informed decisions for layout, content, and performance enhancements.
Dynamic Faculty Page: faculty directory categorized by role hierarchy using Drupal Views module.
Alongside maintaining brand standards, I reorganized the CMS structure to make it more intuitive and efficient for content editors and marketing teams. This involved streamlining content types, simplifying field groups, and improving backend labeling to reduce friction in day-to-day updates.
Built within the Drupal CMS using reusable components, these landing pages enabled consistent brand delivery and efficient updates across marketing initiatives. I designed and developed them in close collaboration with the design and marketing strategy teams, aligning structure, content hierarchy, and visuals with campaign goals and user intent. These responsive pages supported lead generation efforts and contributed to higher conversion rates through clear messaging and optimized layouts.
